I’d do JKR, then DR, Malak and GAS first - since it appears your First Order are non-existent at the moment, you are looking at a minimum 4-6 month 100% dedicated farm to get him (along with ships for the Finalizer, I didn’t actually look at your fleet), and you will end up with a lot of high geared characters that only provide a single mediocre PVP team until you unlock SLKR, it would make your Grand Arena matchups for the next half year VERY unpleasant if you don’t have a base of other solid teams to balance out your top end...
