Need help modding GAC defence teams in the future!

Just hit level 54 and I want to start farming mods for GAC defence but I want to do it right from the word go! I read some characters can ignore defence and some can't for example Vader and GAS can't...

I think you should focus on speed set mods

High defense stat =/= defensive wins in GAC

This is a turn based game, and the faster your toons, the harder it is for your opponents to beat your GAC defense
