Did you try with AA, HT, HMF and rebels? Perhaps with Silencer as your 3rd in the starting line-up, since your rebels are somewhat weak still. Also, make sure to have lvl 15 golden 5 dot mods on your pilots or better. That helps as well, if you have trouble 3*'ing it.
