Need some advice: I have currently 4 Zetas left and losing my current GAC

as this GAC is the worst I ever had since I joined a new Division I am currently trying to change something.
1. I don’t know which squads to set as defense.
Currently:
1. Palp. (2Zetas), Thrawn (Z), Vader (Z), Tarkin and Maul
2. KRU (Z), Kylo (Z), FOO, FOTP and Phasma or BB8 (to far from FOE)
3. Barriss (Z), GM Yoda (Z), GK, Old Ben and Ezra
4. Ghost
5. A mixture of remaining units
As a new GAC starts soon, I am considering a Galactic Republic Squad.
They are all not equipped with Zetas.
My suggestion: Give Padmé both Zetas, Equip Ashoka with her Zeta, add GK, Yoda or Barriss. My Anakin is currently at 4 Stars, therefore he is not really worth a Zeta.
My other suggestion would be to give my 4Star Bossk his Zeta as the rest of my BH is at 7Stars and G12/G11 and also well moded.
I would like to spare one Zeta for an emergency.
My Questions:
Which Characters should I equip with Zeta and what defenses should I therefore build?
