I'm with ZAP. Traya lead gives Health Regen but not Protection regen.
Strongest possible defense/health on Sion with Crit Avoid arrow is probably best for him if you're only (or primarily) going to be using him against gets. Traya has to balance a bit of speed with that, but similar promotion of survivability (and avoiding Protection primaries) is good for her as well.
But then you’re not taking advantage of her bonus protection unique. The health regen is for her allies.
Isn’t bonus protection based on health though?
It was my understanding that bonus protection and protection up were both based on health.

I used to have her modded for protection and then I read somewhere health was better for her, but that was awhile ago, so I was trying to remember it when I saw your post.
