I dont recall anyone saying it's not good, just that it is beatable.
It is almost a direct counter kit to the current meta and can do fine right now, but it needs very good pilots right now due to low star. At 7* it will take over, no doubt.
As ultra said too, it seems to be an "almost complete" team and feels like it will be rounded out at some point.
