Very wise advice indeed. Sadly most of playerbase can't follow it for obvious reasons, and most of those who can probably won't be able to max it until next meta shift anyway.
Yeah I know. We get 25+ stars on geo tb and I just unlocked it yesterday. So any smaller guilds will have a hard time. Luckily for them, most of their shard mates will be in the same boat.
But for those getting mk2 get currency, I definitely suggest putting it all towards negotiator.
