Very wise advice indeed. Sadly most of playerbase can't follow it for obvious reasons, and most of those who can probably won't be able to max it until next meta shift anyway.
Fleet metas shift quite slowly. It's hard to believe the meta will switch in ~2-2.5 months, when 7* Negotiators start to pop up.
Yeah falcoln has been meta for 9 months now.
I think negotiator will probably stay meta fir awhile at least. And it may also be req for malevolence.
