I have Luke at 5*. After update I don't think I have seen his special crit even once, even with 2x buff and Sid lead. To be honest, I noticed an overall reduced crit rate for all my chars. I run with Sid/Poggle all the time trying to build a high crit team, and even Lumi's special doesn't crit as often as it used to.
