Nest or General Kenobi
I'm running a JTR lead in Arena with Thrawn and was curious if I should think about replacing Nest in place of Gen Kenobi? I mostly face Palp teams and was thinking the daze and Nests other abilities ...

I use them both.
My arena team is ZZ JTR, ZZ R2, Z BB-8, GK (all are g12) and 5 stars g11 Z Nest (11 € pack plus lots of crystals, yes...).
I'm stable at rank 24-45.
Not so great? ... Maybe, but my shard (dec 2015) is a nightmare with more than 20 Traya and 3 super Bastila teams...
