There have been some rumours about another epic event in the next few weeks and new meta coming with it. I am very lucky for my decision to hold putting gear on Malak. I should have enough old & new gear for this epic event and the new meta if I have all the required characters for this event at 7*. I assumed you have enough gear stockpiled for a dozen Malaks. It doesn't seem logical to not gear the best character in the game...

I couldn't do that to my guild. Leaving one of the best characters, and the final piece of the SE team, undergeared is a bit pants on them for Territory Wars for one thing. Pretty sure he can't even be used for platoon fodder until you get a 7th star on him either.

You are indeed lucky to be so prepared for an event we know nothing about - including whether or not it exists.

But I think you’ll always suffer if you leave Malak in that state. The Sith Empire team will be a standard fixture in GA/TW for the foreseeable future, whatever happens to the arena meta.

Lol, what you are saying is not entirely right, if the new meta is proved not as good as Malak, I can still dump all the gear on him in 2 minutes. But first important thing is to get prepared and acquire the new meta.

Besides, my Malak is not 7* yet and he doesn’t deserve all the new gear now without full potential realised.

Not true, epic events require to gear 10 characters which is a major investment even for me. It looks like I am lacking Mk 3 Merr-Sonn after the last Malak event. I have to restock a few hundred before the new epic event comes.
