Deceived says “Can’t target Sith Eternal Emperor during their turn if another Sith enemy is active” and stealth says “Difficult to target”. Can’t having priority over difficult makes sense to me.- Looks WAI to me
GAS takes his bonus turn before zombie has revived, and goes against a stealthed enemy (since he has deception he can't go for SEE, and his other two targets are stealth targets) - I get that, but where in the mechanics does Deceived => Stealth?

If i understand swgoh.gg correctly, deceived is = 4x stealth
