Once you have 5 Phoenix with Hera lead at maybe 4* and G7 (gear level 7 they get protection) then I’d probably drop Rey - reason is that the Phoenix share their Uniques across the whole team! Up until then use Rey along with them.
Since you have a 7* sRey i would suggest farming Resistance Trooper as your hardmode Farm early on - he’s the slowest Resistance Farm. It won’t get in the way of your farming Phoenix unless you desperately want Sabine!

PLUS —> 3+ strong Scoundrels for Credit Heist e.g. Boba Fett, Cad Bane, Greedo, STHan.
That’s your basic 3 teams.
