Exactly! Great point that makes everything else irrelevant. I gave up on most Jedi early in the game because of their obvious flaws (especially in the turn meter & speed dept) and only use Old Ben in the arena. His turn meter & ability block is amazing... As well as his defensive points. His card description is mislabeled; it says something about stun, which he doesn't use.
So any smart player would shy away from many Jedi toons for the obvious reasons & now in order to get the most OP"d toon in the Galaxy (lol, pun intended) we have to reverse course & stock up on Jedi. Or pay the $60 for the Jedi pack & maybe qualify! What a scheme...
