I got Thrawn lvl 80 g8 all save Ezra g9. I haven’t looked at your ability levels but your Phoenix can do it.
I was offering suggestions of routes to take, particularly taking account of your references to Han Solo. If you’ve been working on First Order and getting Finalizer it sounds like you’ve chosen the long SLKR grind. I’d say this might be too early with your roster but the only way to get anywhere is to stick with your long term plans so carry on. It sounds like you already have your direction.
Don’t spend on Han Solo and keep your focus on first order.
When you say in shipments do you mean fleet arena? You should be maintaining some buffer currency for when rare items like slave 1, gg and tie advanced show up and buy when they do. That said what is your focus in this store?
