Hi, does nightsister spirit replace Acolyte in the team?

situational, But acolyte=acolyte/zombie combo
Spirit=fast, foresight, TM manipulation, stun
So depends on what you want to put into or how you want to run your NS

Doesnt hold well on D though- yes. Spirit is very fast, provides a good stun (which can't be dispelled when plague is on the target), good tm reduction, and a lot of damage.
Acolyte is mostly good only against single target dps teams (aka CLS, JTR) - In my experience against shardmates, spirit opens my opponent to my JTR team
