Nihilus’ dispel
When he removes foresight with his basic, why doesn’t that count as removing a buff. His basic states that if ANY buff is removed, his cooldown is reduced

That says if the enemy has no buffs. Foresight is a buff. Everything seems to be working here. Nihilus is not removing foresight. It's naturally expiring.
