Nihilus’ dispel
When he removes foresight with his basic, why doesn’t that count as removing a buff. His basic states that if ANY buff is removed, his cooldown is reduced

Is the character stunned?
Foresight is useless if your toon is stunned.
I've seen that happened many time.
RT dispel GK's taunt(and all other buffs) through foresight(GK not stunned).
The hit is evaded but all buffs are gone at the same time.
