Nihilus’ dispel
When he removes foresight with his basic, why doesn’t that count as removing a buff. His basic states that if ANY buff is removed, his cooldown is reduced

I noticed it too, that sometimes foresight seems not to prevent buff dispel, although the attack is not inevitable nor is the character stunned. For example yesterday in Territory Battles, my Princess Leia was in stealth and had foresight, but after a snowtrooper used his Blowout ability, which dispels all buffs, all her buffs were gone. But in the description of Blowout it is not said that this ability can not be evaded. Ergo foresight should have expired due to evading the attack, but the others buffs should have stayed.
