Nihilus’ dispel
When he removes foresight with his basic, why doesn’t that count as removing a buff. His basic states that if ANY buff is removed, his cooldown is reduced

It's a bug, I've seen it happen quite a few times, it also happened about an hour ago when I was playing. Nihilus is not supposed to hit through foresight. In the majority of time he would get evaded and won't dispel anything, but there are some moments when he would hit right through foresight and dispel all buffs on GK for example. This should rather be moved to the Bugs section.
