Nihilus under Palpatine lead
Sith's gain 20% max health whenever they inflict a debuff. Does that mean with Nihilus' unique 'Wound in the force' he gains 20% max health at the start of his turn?

- Yes everytime the DOT or health down buff is applied, DNs health is increased.
- The health down debuff is not applied during DN's turn, so I don't think it will trigger the health gain from EP lead.
