That's a prequels/Clone Wars ship. It should not be a huge surprise.
Also, just because one unit is coming to the game, it is not a decree that something else is not. "The Negotiator is coming," does not mean, "The Malevolence/Invisible Hand is not."
In the Escape Pod Cast's interview with Carrie that dropped yesterday, she did not confirm the Malevolence, but she did strongly imply it. So be patient. There's a lot of prequels content in the pipe.
Yeah and if you look at a previous post done by the devs, they literally played on the words: "benevolent" and "negotations" will take place or smth like that.
