NS zombie, talzin, and counterattacks mechanics question.

Just curious about the following interaction Talzin (L) with zetas. If zombie is the only NS alive and does a basic: 1. NS ally revives and assists. 2. They don’t kill enemy toon 3. Enemy coun...

IIRC there was an issue with the NS dying sooner so it had to be delayed till end of turn. It has been a while but there was some weird bug.
Counter attacks are que'ed to happen at end of move, at least that is what it seems like.
End of move is before end of turn.
