I'm just posting to confirm OP. Tried out various combinations of Lando and Nute today. Here's what I found:
* Lando's crit rate stayed the same whether Nute was in stealth or not. Which works as expected.
* Any character who made a critical attack gained turn meter, whether they were in stealth or not at that time, and whether they had any stealth ability or not.
* Leia went like a machine gun, critted on everything and gained so much turn meter it was crazy.
