I disagree on your little grammar lesson. We can dissect sentences however we want but it does not mean that the end result is what the original writer intended. I agree it is ambiguous but so are all the other descriptions. They definitely need to either change the description so it accurately describes what is happening now or fix the ability to do what the description says now.
