Offense up vs critical damage which is better?
When it comes to mods which is better offense or critical damage? I know there are limitations regarding leadership skills and other abilities but which is more effective for attack class characters?

CD if you have a reasonable CC is almost always a better option. You can always sneak some offense secondaries and primaries in with a CD set. Just keep in mind that every non-crit or low damage crit is going to hurt you against characters such as GK, zBarriss and Rex. Have to maintain a decent CC on a CD reliant toon.
