Offense vs Crit Damage
I dont know if this is the right place for this topic, but when it comes to modding, is it better to go for a crit damage set with offense primaries or an offense set with offense primaries?

Crit damage only applies to critical hits. So it's good for toons that crit a lot, or have nothing that gives them extra offense. Lots of toons have unique abilities, or go under leader abilities, that give extra offense. That is when an offense set would be more beneficial. I don't think it matters too much though. They both increase how much damage is dealt, so I don't think it changes much between cc/cd and offense.
