Offense vs Crit Damage
I dont know if this is the right place for this topic, but when it comes to modding, is it better to go for a crit damage set with offense primaries or an offense set with offense primaries?

a typical character with no offense stacking stuff etc. I find will do more damage with a CD set than an offense set.
But some characters need an offense set like B1.
But some characters need an offense set like B1.
