Offense vs Crit Damage
I dont know if this is the right place for this topic, but when it comes to modding, is it better to go for a crit damage set with offense primaries or an offense set with offense primaries?

This also depends on whether the lead gives a CC bonus or buff. 40% CC behind Finn = 70% total from lead. Nebit, JTR, many others give CC, and then other toons get it from allies. CC on a FO toon is actually kinda silly I think as they all have mechanics that throw up advantage.
