OG Lando Calrissian

Once upon a time, Lando was great. Meta, even. He and Wedge are the reason for the proliferation of counter effects, most notably on Chaze, Phoenix, and CLS.

However, Lando is past his prime. If you have him left over from back in the day, he's definitely worth using. But he's not worth actively pursuing or investing more heavily anymore.

That said, for the lineup you have? I'd be more concerned with the complete lack of a tank. ST Han isn't a great tank, but he's okay. With Yolo, Qi'ra, and Nest, you can do enough damage.

Do you use them for O or D? Honestly Vandor is underutilized without a taunting tank in the party. Preferably 2. But at least 1.

The team is not about damage, its about outlasting the other team while you peck away at them. My Qira team had 9 defensive wins in TW this week, but it uses Q STH Vandor L3 Yolo.

But if I were going to run the team with the options you mentioned, I would probably run Q Nest Lando Vandor STH. Save Yolo for an offensive team. The AI does not use his abilities well. With 2 tanks he is needed for damage but with 1 I'd run Lando for the AOE hurt.

My Lando is used as an offensive lead and is only 5*, so this isnt from great experience, but I would not G12 him at this point in the game.

Also, even at 3* L3 is boss when paired with Vandor. Maybe worth gearing her to 4* g10 and see how she does. But she transforms the team on D.

Sorry - if you are using it for D another option is to run Clone Chewie lead, STH Vandor + 2 attackers. That team is extremely tough to kill. Then can save Qira for an offensive team if you have enough scoundrels.

Lando led my favorite arena team I've ever run.
Lando L, Ackbar, St. Han, JKA, and a G5 Old Ben. Good times :lol:

Thanks for the great feedback. I usually run that team on D, and it will usually hold for 2-3 battles in GA. I’m not keen on completely reshuffling the lineup, because everything I have is faction based for better synergy. So for YOLO and QiRa for example, I’m not sure where else they’d go. It sounds like my best bet in the current conditions is to insert STH as the fifth until I can get L3 viable.

Danger zone is/was literally the most entertaining squad from back in time... I still chuck it on defense just for lols..
