i see the CC suggestions here, and i cant disagree more. he will have 0 use of this CC, he needs Speed, CD, offense and defense - thats all. combine those stuff.
Arrow Speed, Triangle CD, Cross - Offense/Protection/HP. whatever you feel like. secondaries speed.
