I am 100% on board with Hux and a First Order capital ship, though.
As to OP's question, CC seems like a waste since you want to use Lash Out whenever possible which can't crit, and for anything else he'll likely have advantage. Either a CD or speed set seems like the most logical choice, with a CD or offense triangle. I personally would lean towards the speed set, since more speed = more Lash Out = more TM for everyone else.
