@salamimeister3 nice set up! I have similar speed but went with a protection cross along with protection circle. About 55,000 at G12 and he can earn most of that back with a below full health Outrage critical.
In the Sith Raid against Sion once he has full Cycle of Suffering I have him spam Outrage once he's in the yellow, he'll critical for about 125-150k sometimes. And then Traya and Sion have to work through all 55k protection again.
