Rey is the worst! She is way OP and EA needs to nerf her like they did toSidious. Some The counter attack characters are also ridiculous. Dooku

As I said in another thread, I dont understand why everyone complains about Rey so much. If you run Rey, you almost have to run RG or your opponent takes her out immediately. Rey + RG's slowness and low damage, averaged, is about the same as any two high damage droid or assist characters. QGJ and GS assisting each other are just as lethal. IG88 and IG86 critting probably do more damage. Ackbar and Leia are just as deadly.Plus, all you have to do to stifle Rey is have Fives or Phasma put slow on her. Boom, 25% reduction in damage and she will probably only use each of her big attacks once (and if you run a dodge team chances are one will miss).Personally, I think Rey can be hard to use on your team because she often hits hard enough to trigger RG's taunt, which means you have to also have a char to debuff and wait for their next turn to use it while your opponent beats on Rey.Yes Rey is a threat that you have to take out early, but if you mod your chars she cant one shot them, and she is easy to take out. The fact that you have to attack her first is no different than the need to take out IG88/86, Anakin, or other high damage chars first.

I kill Reys all the time (you kinda have to since she's in almost every team). She's really, really good at what she does, but I don't think she's OP. Because she only does that one thing. Damage. That's all she's good for. I need to finish leveling her up and gearing her out so I can use her in raids 'n stuff.

lol farmable? She's only on hard missions (and occasionally guild store). Thing is, without Rey being so strong, there is no next best option - there are several, as even you say Leia OR gs.

Nothing wrong with that - you need an entire squad synergised to get that sort of power. Rey in any team is not synergy and reduces strategic squad composition.

I keep hearing this but never have trouble with him really - I realised early on that you have to focus him down first and he's easy to deal with. Some teams you have to use a certain amount of crowd control on and especially since Anakin's a jedi, there are a bunch of toons specifically armed to take him down.

No. I say Leia or GS because I dont know which people will pick. People will migrate to one or the other as the new 78%.

And Rey is not only on hard missions. I farmed her from the guild store easily. Maybe I got lucky with my guild store offerings, but with guiod store plus hard battles, you should be able to get her in a couple of weeks.

Most tank users users use RG right now. Is he overpowered? No, he is just farmable with the best HP in the game.

Most heal teams use Lumi. Is she overpowered? No she is just a farmable healer with decent dps and evasion.

Right now, most non droid teams use Phasma or Old Ben as their leader (until next month when more people have the chance to farm Anakin). Of the dozens of leaders available, almost everyone picks those. Is that because they are overpowered?

Some skills synergize with others better than others. Having Rey, who is pure DPS without any stuns, slows, or other debuffs, allows players to choose other characters with lower DPS but good buffs or debuffs to pair with her. THAT is why so many people use her. She allows more choices for the other 4 members of the team without sacrificing DPS.

Nerf Rey, and everyone will switch to another single meta, likely with even less variability among teams (i.e., the exact opposite of what you appear to be wanting).

Rey is single target burst with no lasting side effects, Ani can blast a whole team to Hoff & still have so much health left that it takes 1-2 full team turns to burst down. Your argument in regards to Rey has just fallen flat on its face!

How exactly do you focus down Rey when she tends to go first and gains foresight?

You're right, how did I not see that she gains foresight forever? How could I be so blind?

To clarify his point... Foresight lasts one turn. If Rey has foresight you either (a) with a strong attacker, attack someone else for a turn, or (b) with a weak attacker or AOE character, attack Rey, making foresight go bye bye so that you can knock her out the next turn. In addition, Rey has two strong attacks that both have 4 turn cooldowns. If you are any good at all, she will never use either of her strong attacks more than once clbecause she will be dead within 4 turns.

No offense, but those that are complaining about Rey seem to be giving zero consideration to basic tactics. She is super easy to kill, and cant hurt you when she is dead.

I don't think anakin is overpowered, now he's a nice toon like leia or gs for example.

But yeah, Rey is absurd! Due to high speed plus some mods, she always goes first, plus can hit as harder as 30K!! That's ridiculous!

Ok we keep Rey the way she is, fine. But "unerf" toons, like Fives, FOTP and others, so we make the game even again.
