Other issue listed in this thread with JKR mass assist and undispellable protection up not stacking seems to be WAI.
What debuffs aren't being resisted? It doesn't make them immune to debuffs. Tenacity down and anything that states "cannot be resisted" will still stick.
The normal protection up prevents all debuffs that it should, the indispellable type doesn't prevent any.
