Padme going from G10-----> G11 Should she gain speed from doing so?

Topic. As im about 70% sure I think I saw speed added. But then after checking the charachter stats after upgrading no speed seemed to be added... Any idea if padme should gain speed from going to...

She only gains +3 speed from G10 gear pieces so odds are you wouldn't see any speed increases when going to G11 since 10% of 3 is gonna round down to 0.
