CLS is much much easier to get at 7* than Padme. Plus if you have neither it’s unlikely you have well geared Separatists?
6 star Padme is possible with “god”-modded Ventress + Trash Bugs to fuel her Rampage. 7 star you will need a solid well geared team.
So honestly I’d suggest you
1) Farm for CLS
2) BHs for their ships, multiple events and Chewie (to go with your CLS team)
3) Nightsisters - aim for G12 —> Useful in Raids, Events and Ventress @ high gear will net you a 5/6 star Padme if you have patience and good mods.
