It says in the description can't be dispelled or prevented which makes it immune to fracture I thought it just meant the buff itself but in the last territory war I decided to try it out had phoenix down to hera and Sabine and hera put it on Sabine so I decided to annihilate her to see if it would stick and she popped right back up to life
