First off, get yourself registered at swgoh.gg so we can see your roster and give educated advice.
Second, Phoenix Squad is not the best team in the game, but I think they are one of the most fun to play and one of the most valuable. All that you have invested in Phoenix has been for good reasons and the value will increase as you get them stronger and throw stars on their ships... and then once you have 7* Thrawn and unlock his Capital Ship you will be well on your way to good marks in Ship Arena.
Regular Arena though, I would not use Phoenix in. You should be starting to get your Wedge, Biggs and other Rebels going OR like you are indicating a strong Dark Side squad.
