Hard to tell, PS vs PS is really the toughest and most boring kind of matchup I've ever seen.
And the kill order is quite arguable.
But IMO you should kill Ezra first to minimize their offense. And then probably Kanan. Whatever your kill order is, do not debuff the enemy with 0 protection, before Kanan is dead.
That should be it. Then kill Hera to lower their speed.
But even after that, Chopper and Zeb create ton of h/p regeneration. Kill Chopper and then Zeb.
