I had a 45 minute phoenix vs phoenix fight one time in gw. My level 65 team against a level 85 team.
If you draw against phoenix the healing factor is too much. Ezra is the only one that doesn't contribute to this so he doesn't have to be killed early. Chopper Zeb Kanan and Hera all contribute to the healing factor. Of these Chopper is usually squishiest.
If it's a draw Ezra is usually not a priority to kill as killing him doesn't slow the healing factor.
Another thing for phoenix vs phoenix is trust your uniques to heal if you can get away with it. Using the specials to heal gives them more time to heal.
