Does it change anything if i put 6 garbage mods from random set 6* mods on the pilot of my ship or if i put 6 6* mods from assorted sets ? For example my pilot has 1 critical damage set 3 potency 1 h...

But also, you only get to 6* by first making your mod gold, and stars count. So yes, color counts, but since you're going to put 6* mods on there anyway, color won't matter at that point, you've already upgraded it all the way through gold. Each 6* mod is worth more than any color of 5* mod. The color only matters if the mods are the same star count, and there's only one color of 6* mods (so far) so don't worry about color as such. Just get those mods to 6*.

All level 85 5dots = All level 85 5dots regardless of color.
