Pirates in Arena

How the heck do I beat these guys? Got 7 GLs and none of them can touch a full GL pirate team. They do almost no damage, keep getting TM removed like crazy, get one shot and I can't find a strategy...

The teams only been in existence for 14 hours, you'll have to give it a little time. Poor Google AI!
