Plague characters not able to dispel anything
I noticed that when in arena, if a character is plagued and has other negative status effects and an Ally uses a dispell, nothing is dispelled. In the past, plague stayed but the other negative status...

It occurs to me that in cleansing with Chirrut, it also has the potential to bring someone up to full health, thus getting rid of Plague. Perhaps in that chain and order of events, bringing up to full health, then dispelling Plague, then allowing the character to be cleansed from other debuffs.
