Plague Clarification
I got curious last night and started asking around for people to spread Plague with Cassian. While only one copy of Plague would be copied (like a Damage over Time effect), no Plague was copied at all...

This (I don’t believe) is correct. While it’s the most common assumption, Plague being “locked” just visually shows it can’t be dispelled. Burning can be. Both only have one source, and neither are “Unique Effects” that have yellow text to identify them as such.
I agree with you there. Only having one source of a debuff doesn’t make it unique to me. It has to be identified as such. A good example to disproove the locked = unique thing is the raids. The debuff you get on enrage is locked however comes from several different sources.
