Plague Clarification
I got curious last night and started asking around for people to spread Plague with Cassian. While only one copy of Plague would be copied (like a Damage over Time effect), no Plague was copied at all...

So cleansers are still pretty useful against NS when granting health (Chirrut).

Only if there is a character that has other debuffs than plague.
Chirruit doen't heal with his special he equalizes health then grants HoT for any debuff dispelled.
Health equalization will not take anyone on your team to 100%. It lowers higher health and raises lower health.
