Plague Clarification
I got curious last night and started asking around for people to spread Plague with Cassian. While only one copy of Plague would be copied (like a Damage over Time effect), no Plague was copied at all...

IDK - should be he tries to remove debuffs. Period. They heal. Which should then mean if some one isn't plagued then it cleanses that one, and then if it heals the rest, it only removes the plague from the rest (but leaves any other debufs/stuns on them).
