Plague Clarification
I got curious last night and started asking around for people to spread Plague with Cassian. While only one copy of Plague would be copied (like a Damage over Time effect), no Plague was copied at all...

I agree if it rolls the cleanse heal for all characters at once this is how you should see. The unplagued should have all debuffs removed but all the others that just got healed to full health should lose plague but keep other debuffs. The person that posted about AA simply stated he "dispelled plague" nothing about other debuffs.
I will try to test this in GW today if I find an AA
