Please help my squad development, I went down the random line! Need to salvage my squad advice.

I've only been playing for about a week, but I've put in substantial time already. I love this game! I'm on disability so I have a lot of time to grind, and this game helps kill the boredom. I digress...

I’m adding some focus on the geo spy now since my Tie-s is 3 stars already. I’m trying to reread the vast amount of info you all provided and make sure I act accordingly. I will continue to add more focus to get my geo spy and develop my geo soldier to balance with KRU/Tie-s farming. This is the way.
