Everyone from Biggs down is "Just in case", so when you get Dathcha to 5*, you go back up to Biggs & then give everyone one more star, so that they're all at 6* and will be easy to finish if you need to finish one quickly.
However, even though that's the plan, if an unexpected need for any of those toons shows up, just take that toon to 7* no matter the order. I try to predict the best order for you, but I can't predict everything. So once you get down to Biggs, don't be afraid to improvise.
